Who is this Bootcamp for?

This is for individuals who are tired of being confused with the vast array of supposed nutritional tips and tricks. Most of the information being shared today revolves around myths and mistruths surrounding diet and nutrition.

Coach Tyler takes a very simplistic and scientific approach to this topic. Over the course of 30 days, you will not only learn how to tailor your diet to your needs, but learn about how and why we eat the foods that we do.

What is it and how does it work?

Once registered, you will be contacted with a short questionnaire that will help Coach Tyler understand your unique needs and desires. You will also be invited to a secret Facebook group. The settings will be set as such so that nobody outside of the group and its members will know that you are a part of the group or what you post in the group.

Over the course of 30 Days, you will get a daily Facebook post or email that involves motivation, education, challenges, and consultation. There will also be 2 LIVE video group chats during the 30 Day Bootcamp to allow you to connect with Coach Tyler to ask questions and get concerns addressed. There will be weekly weigh-ins (privately) and challenges to keep you accountable and motivated along your journey.

Coach Tyler approaches all of his Nutrition Clients the same way - to find a sustainable, reliable, and effective way of eating so that it no longer feels like a chore to lose and then maintain a healthy body weight.

2 years ago I decided to make a change. I stepped into my local Crossfit gym extremely nervous and apprehensive. I was a group fitness instructor who no longer felt like I was setting a good example for the people taking my class. I was encouraged to try Crossfit by a few good friends and 2 years later I love it more and more. I lost 20lbs in a year without making too many changes to my diet. But after stalling at 180lbs for a while I started to work with my coach on my nutrition. I lost 8lbs that first month and by February 2018 I was down a total of 40lbs. In the last 6 months I have maintained the weight with a few pounds fluctuation. The more important thing is how I feel. Stronger 💪🏻 Healthier. More energetic. Thanks to @trobbinsfitness and all the coaching staff @crossfit.orangeville I couldn’t have done this without your guidance and support. Hi Tyler!

I just wanted to say a big thank you for your very informative 30 day nutrition bootcamp. I went into the bootcamp hoping to learn more about protein and the benefits of having it regularly in my diet. Although I knew it was important to have it before the bootcamp, I realize that I need to make more of a conscience effort to ensure I have it at every meal. I feel good about the progress I have made, but at the same time I realize I still have more to learn. The (nutrition plan) still seems to be a struggle for me as I find I am still high in the carb category and realize I need to focus on that area. Your lectures were interesting and relevant and I really do appreciate the time and effort you put forth the last 30 days. You have a wealth of knowledge about health and fitness and I am grateful that you are there for support and encouragement as I continue on this new chapter of taking time for ME!  Thanks again for everything and I appreciate the recipes as well. It’s always good to add some new things to the dinner menu.

I wanted to thank you for putting together such an informative and valuable 30 day nutrition bootcamp. When I started the program I learned that I wasn't feeding my body nearly enough calories in a day. After listening to your daily lectures and using many of your fantastic and easy to follow recipes, I was able to take in a much healthier amount of food. My daily energy level improved and after 30 days I lost 8lbs! I had no idea that eating more food would help me to lose weight.

My success in participating in this Boot Camp would not have been possible without the daily - as I call them, pep talks from Tyler. I am up at 6:00 am and sit and listen to the message for the day.

As my wife Linda has said, you will listen to Tyler but you won't listen to me. We are born with two eyes, two ears and one mouth for a reason. Listen twice as hard before you speak, and for me I looked twice as hard before I put something in my mouth. At 64 you can turn things around in a positive direction with focus and discipline.
