Tyler Robbins has his B.Sc. in Biochemistry: Pre-Medical, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), is certified through USA Weightlifting, and a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer.

Day 42 - Motivation Saturday

I really enjoy this video. Not because I am ever going to run as fast as Usain Bolt, or because I am a huge track and field fan, but I am constantly amazed at what the human body can do at times. Not to mention the upcoming Olympics...enjoy!
