Tyler Robbins has his B.Sc. in Biochemistry: Pre-Medical, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), is certified through USA Weightlifting, and a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer.

Day 217 - Motivation Saturday


I have spent much of 2012 training for events and doing a lot of endurance cardio. I am looking forward to being a 'meathead' and hitting some weights again, starting December 15th!
