20-23 Beachbody Coach Summit

If you have been following my blog, you will know that I have also made a few modifications or adjustments to the Build workouts for my own personal preferences. (Chest/Tris, Legs, Back/Bis, Shoulders)

There will be more overall modifications made to the Bulk workouts, so stay tuned here to my blog, as I will post my mods soon.

Here is my reasoning behind the schedule changes:

Legs works better as a weekly split to allow the upper body muscles to recover between workouts. Chest and Back can be placed on back to back days since Chest is all "push" and Back is all "pull" exercises, working opposing muscles.

I like having Shoulder before Arms because of the modifications I have made to that routine, and it allows me to put more emphasis on the shoulders.

While I am in Jamaica, I am hoping to do a few total-body workouts throughout the week. The week will mainly be focused on relaxing and recovering, but a few workouts will be nice to keep the blood moving!
