Hey Everyone

I am back from vacation in Jamaica. I had a wonderful time with my wife and son. I took the entire week off from exercise, ate like I was on vacation, and loved every minute of it, especially considering that this will be my only week off until after World's Toughest Mudder in November!

I am back now, though, so it is time to get back to the grind, especially since I have received word from Beachbody that I will be interviewing for a Body Beast testimonial while I am at Summit in June (more details below).

This week's topics (real short list):

1. As I stated above, the Thursday I am in Vegas (June 20th), I will be meeting with Beachbody staffers for a "Green Screen Interview" with photos following. This means that I have 2 weeks to shed some of this vacation weight and get as ripped as I possibly can. I had lots of cheat meals while on vacation, but I think that 2 weeks of straight dedication should be just fine in getting as ripped as I can.

2. Great news from Beachbody. During the month of June, the LES MILLS COMBAT Challenge Pack is just $140, which is a savings of over $70 if you were to purchase these items separately.
