Hey Everybody

Welcome to the last day of July! Not only are we well past the half-way point of the year, but we are also heading into month 8. Considering I am heading to World's Toughest Mudder on November 16th, I better get training ;-)

Speaking of which, I am still in my off week prior to jumping into my training, which starts this Sunday August 4th. I was originally planning on starting Monday, but I have a wedding to attend on the 16th, so my schedule just lines up better if I start Sunday. Not only that, but this week off is going well. So well, in fact, that I am already getting that itch to get back to training!

This week's topics of interest:
