Hey Everybody

Well, summer is over. Some of you have either returned to school, or have kids/relatives who have returned to school. Even if you haven't returned to school, your workplace probably has that 'different' feel to it as summer is over and productivity is no doubt picking up after the "dog days of summer"!

Many of you may have either taken the entire summer off from a regimented exercise program, or have drastically altered your schedule based on holidays or just plain old lack of interest.

With the start of September comes a few different things. First of all, routines are starting to take shape. Either you are falling back into a routine that you have followed previously, or you have taken up a new routine based on a new school year/job/etc.

Secondly, we are just a few months away from the holiday season, and therefore the final march to the end of the year. I know it is crazy to think, but in just under 4 months, we will be kissing 2013 goodbye forever!

Not to fret, however. You still have time to fulfill some of the promises you made to yourself for this year, or make some promises now and finish the year off with a bang. Many of the fitness programs that Beachbody sells are based on a 13-week schedule (or shorter) which means that you have time (if you act now) to get started on a program that will finish your year off strong. I, along with others in our Challenge Group have the tools and motivation to get you there.

I always say to all of my clients, "I can only show you the door, you have to walk through it!"
