Tyler Robbins has his B.Sc. in Biochemistry: Pre-Medical, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), is certified through USA Weightlifting, and a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer.

Team Fitness for Life 2015 "Member of the Month" Awards

Our Team Fitness for Life Facebook accountability group is fantastic! We have a lot of dedicated, motivating team members who all help each other by answering questions, offering support, picking each other up when we're down, etc.

I figured I would do something to not only encourage even more group participation in 2015, but to also give something back to the team that I love running and being a part of and so much!

Here's how our "Group Member of the Month" is going to work:

Each month in 2015, I will make a small list (4-5) of members who I see being consistent and active in our Facebook group. This can include a number of things such as:

  1. Recruiting new team members
  2. Being supportive
  3. Offering advice
  4. Posting their own personal workouts
  5. Posting health and fitness-related news items
  6. Etc.

At the end of the month, I will list the group members who are nominated and will then allow the group to vote on who they believe is the "Group Member of the Month!" The winning group member will then be able to choose a Team Fitness for Life t-shirt that I will send to them free of charge.
