Tyler's Workout of the Day
For the next several months (longer if this becomes popular), I am going to start releasing a "Workout of the Day" 3x/week. These are going to be workouts that I am personally doing on these days. Since I am coming off of my bulking phase, the goal of these workouts will be to not only condition myself back into sound aerobic shape, but I will be "cutting" as well since I have become less defined in my pursuit of muscle size and strength.
The workouts will be posted on a calendar on the main page of my website so feel free to follow along and even try the workouts out yourself! I encourage you to post your times/results in the comments of each workout of the day not only here on the website, but by joining our Facebook group.
On top of all of that, I will be open to workout ideas from all of my readers. I will have a submission section on my Workout of the Day page so that you can submit workout ideas of your own. If I like the look of your workout, I can even name the workout after you and post it on the calendar. All I can say, however, is that you better bring your 'A' game and submit a workout that you, yourself can do so that you can post up your stats and have everyone try and live up to the example you set forth!
