Introducing Nutritional Coaching with Tyler Robbins Fitness

To be honest, I have contemplated the idea of assisting individuals with their nutritional needs for a while now. I have never really been a fan of individuals in the health and fitness community who charge insane amounts of money to essentially just give the same meal plan to everyone who coughs up some dough.

Two main issues I have with the current state of most nutrition coaches:

First, as I mentioned already, I very rarely ever see any personalization within these programs. Some claim to know the one way for an individual to reach their goals. We know through research that there can and should be wide variations in successful dieting strategies in order to be successful.

Secondly, I tend to see strategies and tools implemented that are either unfounded or unrealistic for most individuals. Oftentimes, these diet strategies are extremely obscure and/or extreme.

I am not a nutrition expert by any means, but I do have a solid understanding of human nutrition and I stay up-to-date with the latest dietary science and research to help my clients as best I can. I have already had a number of clients come to me asking for nutrition advice, so I figured I might as well offer my services publicly!
