Hey Everybody

Holy smokes this year has been flying by...November starts on Friday! I hope you are all doing your best at staying away from the Halloween candy...or at the very least, limiting yourself to just a few treats.

Remember that from about this point, on, people tend to let things "slide" at the end of the year. And by slide, I mean all of that junk food and drink slide down their throats. From Canadian Thanksgiving in October, Halloween, American Thanksgiving in November, right on through holiday and Christmas parties throughout November and December, and of course Christmas/Kwanzaa/Hanukkah (and any other holidays) and New Year's. The very least you could do for yourself during this time of year with all of the indulgences, would be to consistently exercise and get as much nutrition into you as possible (Shakeology anyone?) beyond all of the junk you will be consuming.

Anyways, with November right around the corner, there are also lots of exciting things to discuss, so let's get to it!

1. You have until midnight on October 31st to take advantage of Beachbody's Current Promotions. Over $90 off both the P90X and P90X2 Challenge Packs. With the holidays just around the corner, even if you already have P90X and/or X2, you could pick up some Shakeology for yourself, and give the program away to a friend/family member as a gift!

Wow, not sure if it is as cool where you are as it is here in Southern Ontario, but it feels more like September rather than August out there!

How is everyone doing with your health/fitness goals? You know you can reach me at any time with any questions/comments/concerns you may have!

I am personally half-way done the 2nd week of my World's Toughest Mudder training. Things are progressing nicely, as I am making some improvements and eating like a total Beast. I am currently in a mass phase with the goal of trying to put on as much muscle in 4 weeks as possible.

In case you haven't seen, my basement/home gym/mancave is also coming along nicely. I am nearly done drywalling! I will be working out in a finished basement in no time!

This week's topics of interest:

1. Welcome to July! Wow, the year is already half over, time is flying by. I know I sound like a broken record, but most people don't realize that time keeps on passing you by whether you choose to improve yourself or not! Don't have enough time to exercise? Well, Beachbody has you covered now...

This week's topics:

1. Wow, the buzz surrounding Focus T25 is just unbelievable! The interest shown by not only many on my team, but also customers and Coaches throughout Beachbody Nation is incredible! My wife and I have been working our way through the program as well, and now that I am a week and a half in, I can honestly say that I believe Beachbody has created such a perfectly versatile program here!

For those of you who are already fit from Insanity or Asylum, this can be used as a great "maintenance" routine. For those with other goals (including myself) it works well as an add-on. I have been doing more of a traditional strength program on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with Focus T25 right alongside of it.

For those interested, you can find the Focus T25 Base kit and add-on Gamma Phase here.

Remember that the program is also paired with Shakeology, giving the perfect combination of exercise and nutrition in a Challenge Pack. From now until the end of July, the Challenge Pack is also on sale for $180 (over $70 savings).

2. For those interested in Shakeology, I have a few vanilla samples left if you wish to try, I will send you a sample for free. I also have a delivery of chocolate samples showing up later this week. I have sent out vanilla samples to many of you, for those of you waiting on a chocolate sample, I will let you know when I am sending them out. (1) The products work. They live up to, and usually surpass the expectations for body transformation that customers have. No reason to fear rejection when you are representing to total package that really gets results. 

(2) Our mission is to "help people achieve their goals and enjoy healthy fulfilling lives". While greed drives many MLM's, our drive is to help people. When you are not trying to "close a sale" but instead are trying to truly help someone improve their life, you have nothing to fear. And guess what? That's good business.

Sure, some people you talk to may not be ready to participate. That's okay. But as a coach, you should never feel anything but total pride in your efforts to help more people. Every day - HELP MORE PEOPLE!

And from the looks of results in the last week, you are definitely feeling the crazy momentum that happens when your intent lines up with that message! Keep it going!

WOW, what a week! This time last week, I was getting ready to head to the airport to fly to Vegas for Coach Summit. If you weren't following along, head on over to tylerrobbinsfitness.com and check out my Instagram feed there. I had such an awesome time, meeting some of the most amazing individuals, not only Beachbody 'celebs', but some other Coaches who I have only connected with online.

Here are some of the topics I am covering this week (lots to cover, I will try and make it quick):

1. Focus T25 is here! I am currently making my way through the program (I just finished Day 3), and I have to admit that it has been exceeding my expectations so far! Think of this program as a condensed (but still intense) version of both Insanity and Asylum combined! Beachbody is offering free shipping until the end of July!

2. Vanilla Shakeology is here! So many people have been requesting this. To be honest, there are far more people excited about this than I thought there would be! The announcement at Coach Summit came with a tremendous applause. I have samples, so if you would like to try it out, let me know! If you order before July 7th, there is free shipping on it as well!

3. Focus T25 is also available in a Challenge Pack! Not only is it available in a Challenge Pack, but it is on sale from now, until the end of July for just $180! Considering the program itself is $120, you are saving over $70 if you were to purchase both Focus T25 and Shakeology separately. Not only THAT, but Beachbody still has their promotion available where you can upgrade to Coach status for free ($40 value) with the purchase of any Challenge Pack!

Beachbody Coach Summit Day 1

Well, I arrived in Las Vegas late Wednesday night. After landing, getting my luggage, heading to the hotel,  checking in, and getting organized, I wasn't in bed until after 1:30am. That means that I was awake for around 24 consecutive hours on Wednesday. I was then up early Thursday morning, so after just 5 hours of sleep, I was off and running. 

I first headed to find my way around this MASSIVE hotel (MGM Grand). I eventually found the convention centre and was able to register. From there, I walked around checking out the sights and everything Beachbody. I stood in line and waited to pick up a copy of Focus T25. I then headed off to find the Marquee Ballroom for the morning meeting with Coach Wayne and the rest of Team Ripped.

It was awesome to see Sagi Kalev at the training session, but what was even more amazing was finally meeting Coach Wayne in person. CW is a great guy, very genuine and down to earth, eager to help others!

I had to leave the Coach training early to head to my Body Beast photo shoot and interview. There, I was fitted for some clothing, had my makeup done, and did some pushups and tricep dips to pump up a bit to prepare for my photos. I went through a wide range of poses both clothed and topless, looking mean and smiling. I had lots of compliments from the staff at how well my photos turned out! 

After the photo shoot I headed to a different room to do my interview. That was a bit of a nerve-racking experience, as I was in front of big, bright lighting, answering questions the best I could while Beachbody staffers watched from behind the camera. I definitely find speaking in front of my camera at home, producing my own Youtube videos to be a much more pleasant experience, hehe.  After my interview, I changed, grabbed some lunch, then headed back to the last bit of Coach training. 

Once the training was done, I headed to "Core", which is essentially the tradeshow setup by Beachbody, where products are for sale. There, I was able to get my tshirt autographed by Tony Horton, I had a few minutes to speak with Steve Edwards, and also saw Shaun T's Q&A. It really was a pretty cool experience to those 3 all in such close proximity. 

Later in the afternoon was Beachbody's first General Session. During this time, we were given a breakdown on Focus T25 from Shaun T himself. This also included news that Focus T25 will also have a "upgrade" package called "Gamma Phase", not to mention the inclusion of T25 in a Challenge Pack starting THIS Monday June 24th. 

After that, and to the HUGE response from the crowd (I honestly didn't realize that this was as big of a request as it is) Vanilla Shakeology was revealed. Not only that, but Vanilla Shakeology will be available for purchase tonight at midnight (June 20th) and will be available in Challenge Packs starting Monday June 24th, starting with Focus T25! 

Friday looks to be just as busy of a day, with training and workshops throughout the day. The big things I will be looking forward to, however, will be the Tony Horton workout at 7:15am, and day 2 of the General Session at 9am. Stay tuned for even more news tomorrow!

Hello Everyone

How is everyone doing with their health and fitness goals? Did you know that the first official day of summer is right around the corner? Think back to the number of times in previous years where you covered yourself up at the beach or the pool because you were self conscious about your body. How many more times are you going to do that before you finally make a change?

I am not one who thinks that people should diet/exercise for cosmetic reasons (alone), because striving for "perfection" is unattainable. However, I feel that by gaining confidence in yourself and enjoying the body that you are in does WONDERS for how you feel and carry yourself.

Anyways, on to this week's topics:

1. For those of you who are still not aware, I will be attending the World's Toughest Mudder again this year. Tough Mudder actually recently released an AWESOME promotional video for the event, that I feel really captures the spirit/feeling of the day. Anyways, last year, I had an amazing display of support from many of you who stepped forward and sponsored me for the event so that I could help recover some of the costs associated with competing in an event like this. Although I have some of the equipment needed for this event from last year, I still have some costs that I need to cover, so if any of you are gracious enough to sponsor me, any little bit counts, and I will be forever grateful!

2. There are just a few weeks left in the month to take advantage of the Les Mills Combat Challenge Pack promotion this month. The CP is priced at just $140, which is over $70 savings if you were to purchase the program/Shakeology separately. Not only that, but if you have been thinking about becoming a Coach, don't forget that anyone who purchases a Challenge Pack has the option to upgrade to "Coach" status for free ($40 value), pushing your savings to over $110!

3. Next Wednesday June 19th, I will be heading to Las Vegas for this year's Beachbody Coach Summit. Hey Everybody

I hope you are all continuing to stay active and eating a respectable diet. Is there a goal or specific date that you have in mind that you are reaching for? I know that specific events help me train and stay focused on my goals. Maybe consider signing up for a fitness-related event. It doesn't have to involve running either. Look around for local events in your area. When you put the money down to sign up for an event, it definitely helps keep you motivated and on track to stay fit and active.

This week's topics:

1. Which brings me to my first point of the week. I have officially signed up for the World's Toughest Mudder 2013! That's right, I will be returning to Raceway Park in New Jersey for the 24-hour endurance event on Saturday November 16th 2013. It is a long way away, but my planning and preparation are starting as I write this e-mail. I will be discussing my plans and preparations over the coming weeks and months so stay tuned!

2. Today kicks off my 30-day Shakeology Challenge. Although you will be joining us a bit later, if you are still interested, let me know and I will add you to the group. The group is aiming to look and feel our best by the first official day of summer!

3. In case you missed it last week, Beachbody is now offering the Body Beast Challenge pack with Shakeology instead of the Body Beast supplements. I know a lot of people have been asking about this one (myself included) as I personally feel like this is a better deal and more worthwhile to sign up for. I am a huge fan of the Body Beast program, so if you are interested, let me know or check out the details here.

4. For those of you who are pumped for Focus T25, here is a snippet I received from someone last week:

Day 362 - Weekly Newsletter

Hello Everybody!

What a beautiful sunny day here in Southern Ontario. It is amazing what a little sunshine can do for your mood...especially after the winter we've had. I hope all of you are well and are staying active/eating healthy. Do you have short-term and long-term goals set? Remember that long-term goals are great to strive for, but it is the short-term goals that keep you motivated, progressing along.

A couple things to cover this week:

1. I am going to Beachbody Coach Summit 2013! This will be my first time going to not only Summit, but to Vegas as well. Summit traditionally is the time of year when Beachbody makes big announcements on their upcoming products. I will be taking lots of photos (and potentially video) at the event and will be live-blogging as much as I can, posting anything I hear to both my website www.tylerrobbinsfitness.com and my Facebook page www.facebook.com/TylerRobbinsFitness, so keep an eye on both between June 20th-22nd.

2. Bringing me to my next point - I have been an active blogger using "Blogger", but will no longer be posting there as of Monday April 22nd. From then on, you can find all of my blogs at tylerrobbinsfitness.com/blog I have more social integration here, so keep an eye out as every blog I post will be automatically posted at 6am.

3. Another video has been released detailing Shaun T's new program "Focus T25".

4. My sister, who is a brand-new Beachbody Coach shared this awesome story with me: I am new to the beach body family. Two days ago I received my Les Mills Pump and my Chocolate shakeology. Anyways I started taking shakeology today, so I took it to work with me. Anyways I was just on my way home from work, and I was pulled over by the police. My husband's car has a taillight out, and I was having a hard time finding the insurance card (which I did find) in the glove box. Anyways the cop saw the bag of shakeology on my passenger side seat, and soon the conversation turned to it. I told him about the coach program and beach body sales etc... Anyways he let me go, and we may have a new client :). Thank you Shakeology!!

5. Just a few weeks left to take advantage of Beachbody's Insanity Challenge Pack Promotion!

6. For those of you who may have missed it, I purchased a brand-new squat rack with Olympic bar and weight plates this past weekend. I just couldn't hold off any longer, so as of this morning, I am back to using Body Beast as my workout program.
