Welcome to the very first edition of TRF Plus! Included in this edition: a fantastic chicken, kale, and quinoa casserole, a 30 minute Chest & Back workout, and some great articles and studies to read about current trends and research topics in the world of health and fitness. *Equipment needed for Chest & Back workout includes: barbell and weight plates or dumbbells, incline bench or stability ball, pull-up bar or resistance band anchor to complete pull-downs, resistance band (optional), push-up stands (optional)

**Online Coaching includes email correspondence and live video chat. Live video chat can be done through either Google Hangouts or Apple FaceTime but by appointment only. Coaching can cover anything health and fitness related including, but not exclusive to: proper exercise form, dietary and nutrition advice, program planning, establishing goals, etc.

"Holy cow Tyler, you hit a grand slam with this one! I love the mix between barbell and body weight exercises. It keeps the workout fresh and not boring, not to mention, destroying you in the process lol. One of my few complaints with the Challenge (P90X3) is that all the workout is, is push and pull. It gets kind of monotonous after a while. This will definitely be my go to Chest and Back routine! Fantastic work Tyler!"
